How to install commercial meat grinders 

Installation

1. This product must be placed on a horizontal workbench and in a place capable of bearing the total weight of this product. It is recommended that the height of the workbench is 800mm.

2. This product must be placed near the power supply. Check whether the power supply is consistent with the power supply of this product and is grounded to ensure safety.

Operation

1. Ensure that the switch of the meat grinder is adjusted to the "0" position.

2. Connect the power cord to a power source with a protective device.

3. Cut the meat into small pieces and place them in the top funnel basin.

4. Push the meat into the meat grinder.

5. Place the meat receiving tray under the meat grinder head to collect the minced meat.

6. Before mincing the meat, lock the mincing head first.

7. Switch the power switch to the position of "1" or "2".

8. Make the mincing core rotate counterclockwise, and the minced meat will be discharged from the small holes.

9. Use the hand push handle of the meat grinder to push the cut small pieces of meat into the funnel of the top funnel basin.

10. After use, adjust the power switch to the "0" position, that is, turn off the power supply.

11. To avoid easy damage to the mincing hole disc and the meat grinder blade, loosen the locked mincing head slightly.

Attention

In case of blockage or jamming during the meat mincing process, please follow the procedures below:

1. Adjust the power switch to the "0" position.

2. Turn it in the reverse direction and let it stay for a few seconds, then turn it back in the other direction to make the obstructing object disappear.

3. If it gets jammed again, repeat the above steps until the operation is completely normal.

How to maintain meat grinders

一、Precautions

1. After using this product, it must be cleaned at least once a day or more frequently. When cleaning, use a sponge, a soft cloth, and a cleaning agent for washing.

Attention: When cleaning, do not rinse with clean water.

2. Before carrying out all cleaning and maintenance procedures, the power supply must be cut off and protective gloves should be worn to ensure safety.

3. Check the power cord: Regularly inspect whether the protective outer layer of the power cord is damaged.

二、How to clean

1. Disassemble the components
① Turn counterclockwise and remove the head lock of the meat grinder.
② Take out the mincing hole plate and the mincing knife of the meat grinder.
③ Take out the mincing core of the meat grinder.

④Turn the handle in a clockwise direction:

⑤ Remove the entire mincing cylinder.

2. Cleaning

① Place all the disassembled components of the meat grinder in a container filled with cleaning solution for washing.
② If necessary, use a small brush to remove the accumulated residues.
③ Rinse all the components of the meat grinder with clean water, and then blow them dry.

3. Assemble the components
① Turn the handle clockwise until it reaches the end.
② Insert the entire mincing cylinder into the meat grinder.
③ Turn the handle counterclockwise until the mincing cylinder is locked.
④ Carefully fit the square hole of the mincing core of the meat grinder onto the driving square shaft.

⑤ Install the mincing knife of the meat grinder on the mincing core, and make sure that the cutting edge of the mincing knife faces outward.
⑥ Install the mincing hole plate of the meat grinder on the mincing core, and ensure that the notch on the outer circle of the mincing hole plate is properly connected to the positioning pin in the inner hole of the mincing cylinder.

⑦ Install the head lock of the meat grinder and turn it clockwise to lock it.

Common mechanical failures

Failure 1： 

The meat grinder vibrates abnormally, generating heat and odor.

Cause: 

The three-phase 380V power supply has a phase loss.

How to deal with it? :

 Stop the machine operation immediately. Have a professional electrician check it and correct the phase loss promptly.

Failure 2： 

The minced meat cannot be normally discharged from the mincing hole plate of the meat grinder.

Cause: 

1. The components are not assembled correctly.

2. The rotating direction of the mincing core is incorrect.

3. The mincing knife and the mincing hole plate of the meat grinder are damaged.

How to deal with it?:

1. Reassemble the components of the meat grinder correctly.
2. Stop the machine and toggle the switch in the opposite direction.
3. Replace the mincing knife or the mincing hole plate immediately.

Failure 3：

The mincing cylinder is damaged.

Cause: 

There are relatively hard foreign objects that have entered the machinery.

How to deal with it?:

Contact the maintenance personnel to repair or replace the mincing cylinder.
