Russia is a traditional major exporter of Alaska pollock. The annual export volume of frozen Alaska pollock reaches as high as 1.5 million tons, mainly sold to China and South Korea. Thanks to its abundant fishery resources, Russia's aquatic products trade is booming. Many middlemen have increasingly professional and meticulous demands for fishery processing machinery and equipment. Just today, a senior Russian middleman engaged in the aquatic products trade took the initiative to contact us and planned to purchase several fish gutting machines. However, he proposed that before placing an official order, he needed to conduct on-site tests on the equipment to examine its actual performance.

Ⅲ、On-site test results

During the testing process, we selected 11 small yellow croakers as the test samples. The total weight of these small yellow croakers is 0.45 kilograms, with each one weighing approximately 0.04 kilograms. The length of each fish is about 14 centimeters, the width is 4 centimeters, and the thickness ranges from 1.5 to 1.8 centimeters. After placing the fish on the conveyor belt of the equipment, the fish gutting machine started working quickly. After being processed by the machine, each small yellow croaker can precisely produce two complete fish fillets and one central bone. The cutting position is accurate without any error, and the cut is smooth and neat, fully demonstrating the ingenuity of the equipment in terms of structural design and blade configuration.
