Our washers can be customized with special dimensions, functions, and configurations according to customers' different cleaning requirements for fish/meat/crab/shrimp/fruit/vegetable, and are suitable for various production scenarios. We provide one-stop solutions, ranging from a single machine to a complete production line. They apply to large central kitchens, processing fresh food such as seafood and meat, canteens of schools and colleges, prefabricated food distribution centers, food processing factories, and other small and medium-sized enterprises.
Machine functions:
1. Air bubble
By using an air pump and a water pump with appropriate frequencies, a large number of fine and powerful bubbles are generated. These bubbles rise and roll in the cleaning tank. Just like countless pairs of hands gently wrapping the materials, they strip off the dirt, such as insect eggs, sand, and impurities on the surface. At the same time, in conjunction with the water circulation system, the cleaning water keeps flowing and renewing. This not only ensures the cleaning effect but also saves water.
2. Ultrasonic
The alternating current is converted into high-frequency electrical signals by the ultrasonic generator and transmitted to the transducer fixed on the bottom plate of the cleaning tank. The transducer converts electrical energy into ultrasonic vibrations, which propagate in the cleaning liquid. The combination of ultrasonic vibrations and bubbles can penetrate the difficult-to-clean parts such as the crevices and depressions of shells, fish meat, and squid. It can effectively remove the dirt and microbial residues that are difficult to remove by conventional cleaning methods, and the cleaning effect is better than that of simple hand washing or ordinary vegetable washing equipment.
3. Ozone
We can also equip it with an ozone function, which can decompose to generate highly oxidizing atomic oxygen and hydroxyl groups. It can effectively kill various common bacteria and extend the shelf life of fish.
4. Blanching
In addition to the above functions, we also support the installation of a heating element in the equipment, which can quickly heat the water to an appropriate temperature. After the ingredients are cleaned, they can be directly blanched in the same equipment. This function not only helps remove oxalic acid, residual pesticides, etc. from vegetables but also is of great help for the pretreatment of meat and seafood. It can initially shape the meat, remove the blood, and make the seafood easier to shell, etc., greatly improving the efficiency of ingredient processing.
Noted: In addition to the bubble function, which is a regular supporting function of the washer, other functions will only be equipped upon customization.
