Description
This machine operates based on the principle of ultrasonic cavitation. When the machine is powered on, the ultrasonic generator emits high-frequency ultrasonic waves. These waves are transmitted into the water in the tank. In the liquid, the ultrasonic waves cause the formation, growth, and sudden collapse of countless tiny bubbles. During the collapse of these bubbles, a strong shock wave and micro-jet are generated, which can effectively remove dirt, mucus, and even some stubborn impurities attached to the surface of the fish. The ultrasonic cleaning effect is non-contact, which means it won't cause any physical damage to the fish while achieving thorough cleaning.
It is mainly composed of a stainless steel tank, which is highly resistant to corrosion and easy to clean, ensuring the hygiene of the cleaning process. The tank is usually equipped with wheels at the bottom, making it convenient to move and position according to different production needs. Some models may also have multiple layers of storage or working areas, which can improve the utilization rate of space and increase the cleaning efficiency.
