WORKING PRINCIPLE
Knife Cutting: Squid flap openers generally cut through motor-driven knives. Commonly, there are belt knife type and disc knife type. The knife of belt knife type flap opener is in the shape of a belt, which can smoothly cut along the body of squid at high speed; the disc knife type utilizes the rotating disc knife to dissect the squid with a sharp edge.
Material conveyer: The equipment is equipped with a conveyor belt to convey the squid raw material to the cutting area at a certain speed and direction. At the same time, a positioning device is provided to ensure that the squid maintains the correct position and attitude during cutting, making the cutting more accurate.
MECHANICAL STRUCTURE
Cutting system: It consists of knives, knife driving motor, transmission device and so on. The knives are usually made of high quality stainless steel or alloy steel with good wear resistance and sharpness to ensure the cutting effect and service life.
