1. Mechanical Structure Principle: Generally, it consists of a frame, a fish-feeding mechanism, a fish-clamping device, a slicing mechanism, and an electronic control system. Through the movement of the cutters, the fish body is cut into three parts, namely one fish central bone and two fish fillets. The electronic control system precisely controls each mechanism to achieve automated operation.
2. Operation Process Principle: Place the fish at the feed inlet. After starting the machine, the fish-feeding mechanism transports the fish to the fish-clamping device for fixation. Subsequently, the cutters of the slicing mechanism cut the fish according to the set program. After slicing is completed, the fish body is transported out of the machine. The entire process is highly automated and easy to operate.
3. Characteristics of the Cutter Set: It adopts a cutting method with a knife belt, cutting along the fish's backbone. The yield rate of the raw materials after decapitation can reach 76% to 80%.
