Industrial double-cutter grinding meat machine

Description

The meat grinder with three screens and two blades drives the blades to rotate at a high speed through the motor, cutting the meat pieces put into the feeding port into small pieces. During the rotation process, the two blades cooperate to repeatedly cut and stir the meat pieces, gradually turning them into minced meat. At the same time, the screw propeller inside the meat grinder will push the minced meat towards the filter screen, and the minced meat is extruded through the holes of the filter screen to form minced meat fillings of different coarseness levels. In this process, the filter screen plays the role of screening and shaping, ensuring that the minced meat obtained meets the texture and particle size required by the user.

Double-blade design: It is equipped with two blades, which usually adopt different shapes or angle designs. This double-blade configuration enables the cutting and mincing of meat from different directions during the meat mincing process, making the meat mincing more efficient, greatly shortening the meat mincing time, and improving work efficiency. Moreover, the two blades can chop the meat pieces more evenly, making the texture of the minced meat more delicate and uniform, and the taste better.
