Description

FQS-400 Fish peeler machine tilapia skin removing machine

About fish skin removing machine:

The vertical fish skin peeling machine is made of 304 stainless steel, meeting the industry standards of food processing machinery. It is easy to clean and maintain. This equipment is specifically designed for the peeling of various fish skins, including squid, tilapia, catfish, cod, snakehead, mullet, sea bream, etc. With powerful performance, it can process 30 to 50 pieces of fish skin per minute, efficiently meeting production requirements. Whether it is for the back kitchen of a restaurant, centralized processing in a cafeteria, or large-scale production in a professional fish processing factory, this vertical fish skin peeling machine is an ideal choice. It can significantly improve the efficiency of fish skin processing and help make the food processing process smoother and more efficient.

Features of fish peeler:

Water - spraying Device: The equipment is equipped with a water - spraying system that sprays water onto the fish. This water makes the connective tissues on the surface of the fish skin absorb water and soften, reducing the adhesion between the fish skin and the fish meat. Moreover, the water can isolate the air, ensuring the freshness of the fish meat.

Food-grade Conveyor Belt: The core component of the feeding system is the food-grade conveyor belt. It is made of materials that meet food hygiene and safety standards, ensuring that it will not contaminate the fish when in direct contact. Its surface has good friction, which can effectively prevent the fish from slipping during transportation and ensure the stable conveyance of the fish.

Roller-type Peeler: The rotation direction of the rollers is opposite to the conveying direction of the fish body. By using the friction between the roller surface and the fish skin, the fish skin is gradually peeled off the fish body. By adjusting the pressure of the rollers, it can adapt to the skin characteristics of different fish species. For fish with delicate skin, the roller pressure is reduced to prevent the fish skin from being torn or the fish meat from being damaged.
