About Meat Smoker :
● The type of this model is a smoke-curing oven with steam heating, electric auxiliary heating, and a built-in smoke generator.
● The inner and outer walls of the box are made of high-quality SUS304 stainless steel.
● The bottom plate of the box is 3mm thick, the inner plate of the box is 1.5mm thick, and the outer sealing plate of the box is 1.5mm thick.
Smokehouse functions:
● It has functions such as drying, cooking, color-enhancing, and exhausting. It is suitable for food processing enterprises dealing with products like sausages, bacon, fish fillets, chicken drumsticks, duck necks, dried beef, and dried tofu.
● A smoke generator can be optionally installed as required, enabling the equipment to have the functions of smoking and slow smoking.
● An electric auxiliary heating device can be optionally installed as needed, endowing the equipment with a baking function.
● The MYXP automated control system developed based on the Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) technology can be selected according to requirements. Users can choose process parameters and process procedures through the human-machine interface to achieve automatic control.
